Parker Thomas Design is located in the Calgary Region. Because of the high quality of our furniture, we do have customers living in other areas of the country who are willing to absorb the cost of shipping in order to own one of our designs. Custom furniture is final sale although we do offer a 2-year warranty to cover any issues such as faulty stain or large checking in the wood. Blemishes caused by using the products outside of intended use will not be covered under the warranty, however we can repair and refinish the products for a fee. The majority of our products are solid stock and can be refinished well.
